THE styling of Renault hatchbacks in general and the Clio in particular has been quirky, to say the least. But the latest edition of this French supermini is decidedly different. Facelifted to show off Renault's new brand identity, it is sharply distinctive.
The front end with its new almond-shaped headlamps now incorporates a bigger and bolder chrome logo set into a sleek black grille for contrast. The rear end is even neater, with its slim tail lights and pleasing proportions. In Clio RS form with the multi-coated Liquid Yellow pearlescent paintwork, it is even more striking.
The Renault Clio RS is the top-of-the-line Clio tweaked by Renault Sport or RS. In its latest iteration, the Clio RS introduces three new features not previously associated with the model - five doors, a 1.6-litre engine, and a dual clutch gearbox.
