Team SunMoon gunning for three-peat

GUNNING for a "three-peat" is one of the reasons that Team SunMoon signed up once again for the BT Corporate Golf League this year. The 2012 and 2013 defending champions have also enjoyed the League for its fun and networking, according to Gary Loh. "We have enjoyed meeting great people and the League also provides a great network of contacts across various industries."

Mr Loh and his team captain Tan Teck Lee both have an eight-handicap. Other members include Chng Say kiat, Henry Lim, Ho SK, Donald Teo, Michael Lee, Frankie Chong, Koh Hong Soon and Joe Lai. The team joined the League in 2011 and finished second behind Dream Team (OAAG) before going one better two years running. Once again they have returned as sponsor, providing around S$5,000 worth of fruit, hampers and consumer products during the rounds.

Says Mr Loh: "Since we entered the tournament, we had a mindset to win. Like in any competition, we fielded the best players we have and that includes our lowest handicap employees in the tournament. This competitive mindset is part of our company ethos as we compete in our daily lives with some of the world's largest brands like Dole and Del Monte."
