    CLOSE to half of accountancy and finance workers in the Asia-Pacific (Apac) expect their next career move to be external to their current organisation. Among the reasons cited are enhanced salary prospects and better career opportunities.

    These findings came from Acca’s Global Talent Trends Survey 2024, which covered 9,889 finance professionals in 157 countries.
