The spirits giant is finally making good money from beer, but the biggest risk is its Thailand concentration

The rebranded Chang Classic, lighter in alcohol content and less bitter, targeted a younger and wealthier age bracket. By end-March this year, Chang's market share had risen to around 40 per cent, according to management.
