Singapore

During his ministry's Committee of Supply debate on Friday (Mar 4), Manpower Minister Tan See Leng gave an overview in Parliament on the moves to help businesses struggling with persistent manpower shortages, including giving firms undertaking strategic activities short-term flexibility to bypass foreign worker curbs.
