Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.00 points, or 0.32 per cent, to 1,577.61 as at 9.05am.

    Volume was 598.14 million lots worth about RM318.88 million. Gainers beat losers 369 to 85.
