AN industrial building at 209 Kallang Bahru is up for sale at a guide price of S$6.5 million, marketing agent Savills Singapore said on Thursday.
The detached five-storey building has a total site area of about 24,380 square feet (sq ft) with a gross floor area of around 52,797 sq ft.
The land is zoned Business 1 with a plot ratio of 2.5 under the Urban Redevelopment Authority's Master Plan 2019. It has a JTC leasehold tenure of 60 years starting Aug 16, 1973, with 13 years remaining on the lease.
The property is within walking distance to Boon Keng MRT station, Bendemeer MRT station, and Lavender MRT station.
Amenities nearby include Jalan Besar Sport Centre, NTUC FairPrice at Kallang Bahru, Sheng Siong Hypermarket, and Giant Supermarket at Upper Boon Keng Road. The building is also close to Bendemeer Shopping Mall, City Square Mall, and Serangoon Plaza.
Savills Singapore managing director of business space Sharon Teo said the property will appeal to companies looking to have a presence with a premium city fringe locality that is highly accessible by bus and MRT networks.
