Malaysia: Shares close higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.38 points to 1,382.31

Volume was 4.683 billion lots worth RM2.737 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 540 to 340.
