Earnings, growth slide into focus amid quieter week
Published Sun, Jan 19, 2020 · 09:50 PM
WITH the US and China's trade spat temporarily taking a backseat, markets may look to earnings and economic growth as key drivers this week.
It also looks set to be a slightly quieter week, with the US stock market closed on Monday for the Martin Luther King holiday.
Some Asian markets, including Singapore, will likely wind down ahead of the eve of Lunar New Year on Friday.
