China's rebound points to weakness in economy
A deeper look into its GDP data shows the rebound being led by investment rather than consumption

WHILE China's latest quarterly gross domestic product (GDP) data shows a strong economic rebound, analysts say they also point to continuing distortions in the economy with debt continuing to rise and consumption lagging behind supply.
Analysts, positively surprised by the data, are also questioning whether the V-shaped recovery is sustainable, as pent-up demand and production will wither.
