Digital art a bridge for Sota students and persons with muscular dystrophy

MEMBERS of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Singapore (MDAS) and students from Singapore's School of the Arts (Sota) took to graphic tablets to express their creativity in a digital art workshop last week.

Paired with a member of the MDAS to come up with an abstract digital piece of art, Sota student Tan Yuei Ying realised instantly that different minds approach a given subject differently. "The ways my MDAS partner chose to express our abstract art piece were ways I did not think of," she said.
