CELEBRATE THIS COMING Easter with delicious brunch offerings at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung. The Capitol Hotel Kempinski's bright and airy main restaurant will be transformed into an Easter wonderland on this festive Sunday. Guests can expect an extensive buffet of cooked-to-order Asian signatures, charcoal-fired meats, charcuterie, specially crafted Easter desserts and more. Elevate your revelry with freeflow of Taittinger Champagne and classic cocktails such as Gin & Tonics and Bloody Marys. There's even a live music band performance to round off the feasting.

There are eight live stations featuring chilled seafood and sashimi, farm cheeses and charcuterie. Fill your plates with freshly shucked oysters, Chardonnaypoached prawns, Alaskan king crab, and Maine lobsters as well as cold cuts of Black Forest ham and jamon Iberico.

If you like starting your day with breakfast favourites, ask for the cooked-to-order organic eggs, and load up your plate with breakfast sausage or country bacon. There's a selection of freshly baked Danish pastries, farmer breads, muffins and croissants to boot.
