    Get a taste of Latin American wunderkind Virgilio Martinez's cooking when the chef of the highly acclaimed Central restaurant in Lima lands in Singapore for a one-night-only stint with fellow Peruvian Daniel Chavez, chef-owner of Ola Cocina del Mar. Chef Martinez ( whose restaurant is number one on the Latin American Best 50 List) is a well-known ambassador of Peruvian cuisine, with a passion for sustainability and conservation of the Amazon rainforests. He will be joined by his wife Pia Leon of KJOLLE restaurant (voted best Latin American female chef of 2018). Their six-hands evening with chef Chavez is titled BIODIVERSITY and will focus on ingredients from the Amazon as well as the rainforests of Southeast Asia. Highlights include Grilled Langoustines with Tomato Butter, White Corn and Andean Spices; and Suckling Pig cooked in Banana Leaves, Fresh Turmeric and Black Olives.
