Sunrise Shares offer turns unconditional, closing date extended to Feb 7
Singapore
THE offer for electrical products trader and distributor Sunrise Shares has turned unconditional, while the closing date has been extended to Feb 7.
The offer was conditional upon the offeror, Hong Kong-based businessman Wong Siu Fai, receiving sufficient valid acceptances such that together with the shares already owned, controlled or agreed to be acquired by the offeror and his concert parties, they would result in shares carrying more than 50 per cent of the voting rights attributable to the issued shares.
