KrisEnergy receives court claim from Rubicon
RUBICON Vantage International has filed a Part 8 claim form in the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales against KrisEnergy, it said on Monday.
Rubicon's claim is in relation to a guarantee made by KrisEnergy as a guarantor to secure the performance of subsidiary KrisEnergy (Gulf of Thailand)'s obligations to Rubicon under a bareboat charterparty dated October 2014.
Rubicon is seeking a declaration that it has made a compliant demand under the guarantee in respect of the sum of about US$1.8 million.
KrisEnergy intends to vigorously resist and refute any and all allegations or claims made against it.
