SASSEUR Reit on Monday announced a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.542 Singapore cents for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 4.5 per cent higher than the 1.476 cents forecast in its prospectus. Distributable income to unitholders of S$18.2 million was also 4.5 per cent higher than the S$17.4 million forecast. Net property income, listed as entrusted management agreements rental income, was S$29.08 million, 0.7 per cent higher than its S$28.87 million forecast.
