SinoCloud Group
A LETTER of intent (LOI) outlining SinoCloud Group subsidiary's proposed acquisition of an Internet data centre in Lianyungang, a Chinese city in north-eastern Jiangsu province, has been terminated.
The pact was inked between 60 per cent-owned Guiyang Zhongdian Gaoxin Digital Technologies Limited and the vendor, Zhongdian Zhiyun Holdings Limited.
