Malaysia shares close lower on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 8.67 points to 1,777.27.

Volume was 210.6 million lots worth RM1.9 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 591 to 302.
