CAPITALAND Commercial Trust's (CCT) Q2 FY18 adjusted distribution per unit rose 14.3 per cent year-on-year to 2.16 Singapore cents.
Gross revenue and net income grew 12 per cent year-on-year and 12.5 per cent year-on-year respectively on contribution from Asia Square Tower 2 (AST2), which offset the loss in contributions from the divestments of One George Street, Golden Shoe Car Park and Wilkie Edge in 2017.
