Absolute You, the Thailand-based boutique fitness brand, has just opened its flagship studio at Peranakan Place and offers three types of classes - rhythm cycling, yoga and Pilates Reformer.

Claire Bostock, Absolute You Singapore's chief business officer, says that the emphasis is on 360-degree fitness: "What's important for everyone to have is flexibility, core strength and cardiovascular fitness, and yoga, the Pilates Reformer and rhythm cycling work on these three areas respectively."
