Fit To Party
Oasia Hotel turns two but its birthday party isn't going to be all cake and pies. Instead, it's throwing a fitness fiesta for those looking to build up muscle mass and fuel up on healthy treats. Fitness and sports influencer Natalie Dau leads a high intensity workout session, while a spread of superfoods, activated nuts and seeds, protein bars, allergy-free granola and probiotic frozen yoghurt await. Wash them down with birch water from Finland while learning more about maintaining a healthy gut from Melvin Look from PanAsia Surgery Group, who specialises in gastrointestinal and digestive issues. Entry fee is S$20 but you get a goodie bag with more than S$100 worth of sponsored products to kick start your new lifestyle.
The event takes place on April 28 at Oasia Hotel Downtown, Peck Seah Street. Registration starts at 8.30am.
