Malaysia: Shares end higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIAN stocks closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.75 points to 1,848.37.
Volume was 2.77 billion shares worth RM2.78 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers by 529 to 438.
