As a superstitious man, the late designer Christian Dior believed in the power of talismans, astrology, lucky numbers (the numbers 8 and 13 specifically) and had a special connection with the stars. Today, the house's artistic director Maria Grazia Chiuri continues to pay homage to the facets of Dior's fascinating beliefs - astrological signs are the starting point of her first two collections and for Resort 2018, stars are in the spotlight in the Stars collection - a collection of clutches, wallets, cardholders, and iPhone cases embossed with Dior's lucky stars.
