Europe: Stock markets climb at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets advanced in opening deals on Thursday, rebounding from modest losses the previous day.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index gained nearly 0.1 per cent to 7,732.62 points compared with the closing level on Wednesday.
In the eurozone, the Paris CAC 40 index won 0.3 per cent to 5,511.30 points and Frankfurt's DAX 30 rose 0.5 per cent to 13,250.25.
