Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 8.82 points to 1,845.86.
Volume was three billion lots worth RM2.8 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 515 to 468.
