Dymon Asia emerges as new substantial shareholder of IFS Capital, SMRT ceases to be one
DYMON Asia Capital Ltd has become a substantial shareholder of IFS Capital Limited, while SMRT has ceased to be one.
IFS Capital, an SME (small and medium enterprise) financing specialist, disclosed in regulatory filings on Tuesday that Factorie Ltd, controlled by Diamond GP Holdings, entered into a contract on Tuesday to acquire 25.77 mililon shares in IFS Capital, representing 6.86 per cent of IFS Capital's issued shares.
Diamond GP Holdings is controlled by Dymon Asia.
SMRT, whose stake was held through SMRT Road Holdings, ceased to be a substantial shareholder of IFS Capital after selling the same amount of shares in IFS Capital.
