Hong Kong: Stocks end week with loss
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks ended the week with a small drop but pared morning losses following news that China would further open its financial sector to foreign firms.
The Hang Seng Index dipped 0.05 per cent, or 15.65 points, to close at 29,120.92.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index climbed 0.14 per cent, or 4.88 points, to 3,432.67 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, rose 0.52 per cent, or 10.48 points, to 2,039.17.
