OFFICE landord Keppel Reit's third quarter distribution per unit eased to 1.4 Singapore cents from 1.6 Singapore cents in the same year-ago period, the group said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Tuesday evening.
That came as income available for distribution for Q3 ended Sept 30, 2017 fell 10.4 per cent to S$47.0 million from the year-ago period.
Revenue expanded 2.3 per cent to S$40.4 million. Net property income inched up 0.3 per cent to S$31.7 million from the previous year.
Keppel Reit units ended one Singapore cent higher at S$1.195 on Tuesday. The Q3 DPU drop came amid an increase in the number of units.
