EMA sets up regulatory sandbox for power and gas sectors; public sector to hire more power engineers

WITH disruptive forces changing the energy landscape, the Singapore government is setting up a National Energy Transformation Office (Neto) to coordinate policies and research and development efforts across various agencies.
It will also hire more power engineers across these agencies, with the Energy Market Authority (EMA) leading the effort, said Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean.
