First Ship Lease Trust's manager sues former CEO for breach of duties

THE trustee-manager of First Ship Lease Trust said on Wednesday it has issued a writ of summons to its former chief executive officer, Alan Hatton, for breach of his duties owed to the company and its holding company, FSL Asset Management.
"The company will keep its unitholders informed on material developments," it said.
