THE Singapore Exchange (SGX) said on Wednesday that Hans Tjio, NUS law professor and co-director of the faculty's Centre for Banking and Finance Law, has been redesignated as the deputy chairman of the Listings Advisory Committee (LAC).
He takes over from Tan Cheng Han, following Prof Tan's appointment as chairman of the board of the newly established Singapore Exchange Regulation Pte Ltd (SGXRegCo).
