Teo Ser Luck named Serial System's deputy chairman

    ELECTRONIC components distributor Serial System appointed ex-minister of state for manpower Teo Ser Luck as its non-executive, independent deputy chairman on July 15.

    Mr Teo, 49, relinquished his ministerial portfolio on June 30 and his position as mayor for the North East District when his term ended on May 26. He remains a Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC.
