YuuZoo to appoint third party to investigate claims
Singapore
IN A bid to put an end to what it says are misleading claims about the company, YuuZoo Corporation said on Monday that it is appointing an independent third party to investigate, among other things, allegations raised by a former financial controller.
The board made this initiative at the suggestion of the company's executive chairman Thomas Zilliacus, YuuZoo said in its announcement. It added that although the executive chairman had not been accused of any wrongdoing, he would step down from his executive position during the duration of the independent review, to ensure no claims of executive interference in the process.
