Resources Prima Group's unit's vice-president resigns
THE vice-president of the Indonesia-incorporated subsidiary of Resources Prima Group, PT Rinjani Kartanegara, has resigned to "pursue other career opportunities".
In a Singapore Exchange filing on Friday, Catalist-listed Resources Prima Group said that Bhondan Suryo Bhroto's resignation will be effective on July 31.
The company said that the board has identified some candidates to fill the position, and an appointment will be made "pending the resolution of matters contained in the company's announcement dated June 28, 2017 in respect of the group's ability to continue as a going concern".
Meanwhile, Bhisma Dian Resnadi, the mining manager of PT Rinjani, will work closely with Nordiansyah Nasrie, the chief operating officer of the group, to oversee all operational matters until a new vice-president is appointed.
