SEMCORP Industries announced on Wednesday the retirement of its adviser, non-executive and non-independent director Tang Kin Fei.
Mr Tang, 66, assumed the role on April 1 after vacating the seat as group president and CEO on March 31 this year, after 30 years with the company.
