Survey: Asian consumers most optimistic in emerging markets
India tops rankings with the highest consumer confidence among 8 markets, followed by Indonesia and China

THE most optimistic consumers in emerging markets are from Asia, according to a Credit Suisse survey.
The results, shared this week at the annual Asian Investment Conference, were based on 14,000 face-to-face interviews with consumers across eight emerging economies - Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Russia, South Africa and Turkey.
