THE High Court of Singapore has granted Ezra Holdings' 40-per-cent-owned associate Emas Chiyoda Subsea (ECS) and its five Singapore-incorporated subsidiaries a stay order that extends a moratorium on claims against the six companies.
BT understands that the stay order will apply to a winding-up petition that will be heard on Friday in Singapore against Emas AMC Pte Ltd, a key subsidiary responsible for ECS's operations.
