TIH flags potential change of control (Amended)

ANOTHER restructuring might be on the cards for TIH Limited, a mainboard-listed firm holding listed and unlisted assets divested from state investor Temasek Holdings.

Formerly called Transpac Industrial Holdings, TIH said on Wednesday morning that there are ongoing discussions on a potential transaction involving a change of control.
