PHILIPPINE President Rodrigo Duterte arrived in Singapore on Wednesday for a two-day state visit, his first to the Republic since his inauguration in June.
The 71-year-old is here at the invitation of President Tony Tan Keng Yam, part of his ongoing series of introductory visits to other Asean member states.
