Trump triumphs over Clinton in White House upset
Republican Donald Trump stunned the world on Tuesday by defeating heavily favoured Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House, ending eight years of Democratic rule and sending the United States on a new, uncertain path.
In the first bidding exercise for the new quota period from Nov 2016 to Jan 2017, Category A - for cars below 1,600cc or 130hp - rose S$1,677 to S$52,668 although Cat B - for cars above 1,600cc or 130hp - slipped just S$204 to S$56,206.
