Singapore Reits | Overweight
OCBC Investment Research, Nov 15
THE Singapore Reits (S-Reits) under our coverage have concluded their results reporting for Q3 of calendar year 2016. Out of the 24 S-Reits we cover, 21 met our expectations, two fell short and only one exceeded. Overall DPU (distribution per unit) growth for the Reits under our coverage came in at -0.8 per cent on a year-on-year basis. However, if we take into account significant one-off items, adjusted DPU would instead have declined by 0.4 per cent year on year, based on our estimates.
