Bangkok
THAI Beverage said on Tuesday that it aimed to double sales revenue to 300 billion baht (S$12 billion) by 2020 as the drink maker expands markets locally and overseas, especially in fast-growing South-east Asia.
Thai Beverage, also known as ThaiBev, plans to tap the alcoholic-drinks market in Myanmar, Vietnam and the Philippines, CEO Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi said. "The 300 billion baht is our aspiration plan," he said, adding that ThaiBev is aiming for annual average revenue and profit growth of 12-16 per cent a year during 2015-2020.
