May draws a red line on immigration for upcoming Brexit negotiations
She says Britain will pursue a unique model after leaving EU and won't adopt an "off-the-shelf solution"
London
BRITISH Prime Minister Theresa May has drawn a red line on immigration for the upcoming negotiations on Britain's exit from the European Union (EU).
Since European leaders have repeatedly stated that Britain must accept the free movement of EU migrants in exchange for full membership of the single market, the British premier intends seeking an alternative trade arrangement to Norway and Switzerland. Both nations have accepted the free movement of labour requirement to gain favourable access to the EU's market in goods and services.
