16 new cases of Zika in Singapore, bringing total to 258

[SINGAPORE] There are 16 new cases of Zika as of noon on Monday (Sept 5), the Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed.
One more case has been found at Joo Seng Road, and there are four cases with no known links to existing clusters.
