TERRORISM is taking on new forms, and Asean member states must work together to combat this threat, said Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

Noting the new trends in terrorism activity across the region, Mr Lee said at the Asean leaders' retreat here on Wednesday: "We have to work more closely together, to share intelligence and our analysis of threats, counter extremist doctrines and exchange views."
