Fitch rates UOB's Basel III Tier 2 notes 'A+'

    FITCH Ratings has assigned United Overseas Bank's (UOB) HK$700 million 3.19 per cent Basel III-compliant Tier 2 subordinated notes due August 2028 a rating of "A+", the rating agency said on Thursday. The notes are issued under the bank's S$15 billion euro medium-term note programme.
