SINGAPORE property owners were rewarded for their sustainability efforts in the 2016 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Real Estate Assessment results out on Thursday.
CapitaLand was crowned regional sector leader of Asia in one of the diversified (ie mixed development) segments - the sixth year in a row it has achieved this.
