YuuZoo CFO Michael Parker to step down

MAINBOARD-LISTED YuuZoo on Monday announced the cessation of its chief financial officer (CFO) Michael Parker.

The social networking and e-commerce company said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange: "In the management's view, the outgoing CFO had operational and territorial limitations for the charge of YuuZoo's growth and expansion aspirations."

Mr Parker, 59, will withdraw from the position on Monday. He became CFO of YuuZoo on June 30, 2015.
