CDL plans luxe retirement-living project in Knightsbridge

CITY Developments (CDL) is planning to develop a luxury retirement living project with 34 two-bedroom apartments in London's Knightsbridge.
The project, to be built on a freehold car park site which CDL acquired a few years ago, is near Harrods department store.
