AGV Group launches IPO for Catalist listing

AGV Group, a homegrown provider of hot dip galvanising services, has launched its initial public offering for a Catalist listing.

"Hot dip galvanising, which the Building and Construction Authority has identified as one of the most common and cost-effective anti-corrosion metallic coatings used to protect steel construction, is found in almost every major application and industry where steel or iron is used," said AGV, which is helmed by the two Ang brothers who founded the company.
